The constitution serves as the fundamental set of rules for the Centre’s daily operations, outlining its name, objectives, management methods, and the conditions under which it functions for the benefit of our members and others.
The By-Laws should be read alongside the Constitution. These rules, set by the Centre, ensure consistent standards and practices are upheld, regardless of leadership. Consider them the internal laws of the Centre.
