Behaviour Management Policy

Baldivis Little Athletics Centre promotes Family, Fun, and Fitness through our Behaviour Management Policy, ensuring all members understand expectations and maintain consistent behaviour during competitions and training.

Drugs & Alcohol Policy

Baldivis Little Athletics Centre is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment at all events, strictly prohibiting smoking (including vaping), drugs, and alcohol. Designated smoking areas are located outside the reserve, beyond the footpaths, to ensure the well-being of all participants and attendees.

No Dogs Policy

For the safety and comfort of all participants, and to uphold health and hygiene standards, Baldivis Little Athletics Centre enforces a strict no-dogs policy during competitions and training sessions.

Safeguarding Children Policy

Baldivis Little Athletics Centre is dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of all children and young people in our sport. As an affiliate of Athletics West, we adhere to the Athletics West National Child Protection Policy. We are committed to safeguarding children’s rights and will take immediate action to maintain a safe environment. We also support our volunteers’ rights and well-being, encouraging their active role in fostering a secure environment for all participants.

Recording & Photographing Children Policy

While most people capture images of children at sporting events for appropriate reasons, such as parents, grandparents, or professional photographers, sports clubs and associations must carefully consider important factors when acquiring and displaying these images on social media, websites, and other platforms

Centre Championship Policy & Procedures

The Championship policy outlines athlete eligibility, event nominations, and competition rules. It ensures fair participation, defines procedures for protests and appeals, and explains how performances are assessed for awards. These guidelines promote fairness and sportsmanship throughout our championship events.

Trophies and Awards Policy & Procedures

The Trophies and Awards policy outlines the criteria for recognising athlete achievements throughout the season. It details how performances are evaluated, eligibility requirements, and the types of awards given. The policy ensures that trophies and awards are distributed fairly, promoting effort, improvement, and sportsmanship.

First Aid Policy

First Aid is a vital service at Baldivis Little Athletics Centre. A qualified first aid volunteer will be present at all weekly programs and events, and the program will not begin until they are on site. The first aid volunteer, identifiable by a green vest labelled ‘First Aider,’ can be found under the First Aid flag in the spectating area
